Hälsinglands Utbildningsförbund is a municipal federation formed by the municipalities of Bollnäs and Söderhamn with the mission to meet students' demand for education with breadth and quality.

The federation's work is characterized by being a driving force for growth, a broker of education, and a meeting place for development. We offer upper secondary and adult education for the municipalities' residents, as well as opportunities for higher vocational education and distance studies at colleges and universities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position is at Staffangymnasiet in Söderhamn where you will work alongside a career counselor colleague. You will currently be working with students and staff in our college preparatory programs as well as the Introduction Programs IMA and IMS. Your responsibilities will naturally include guidance and study planning, both individually and in groups. In addition, other tasks related to guidance and contacts with both primary schools and higher education institutions, as well as industry organizations, are included. You see it as natural to keep an eye on the external environment and stay updated. You will be part of the school's student health team whose goal is to continue developing our promotional and preventive student health work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in career counseling. Experience working as a career counselor is highly meritorious. You have a good understanding of the importance of the career counselor's work and want to drive and develop this work at the school for the benefit of each student.
